Roger Harrison is widely acknowledged as a pioneer practitioner in the field of organization development. He has participated in and contributed to nearly every phase of its growth - from survey research and team building to large-systems change and organization transformation. In recent years, he has focused on working with leaders to develop humane strategies for large-systems change, to implement learning, and to facilitate healing the traumas of change.
