The Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) Alumni Network is supported by an Alumni Council composed of volunteers whose purpose is "to support and sustain an evolving MSOD alumni learning community that contributes to personal and professional growth, and furthers the positive influence of the field of OD on the world."

Purpose: Support the sustainability, community building, and thought leadership of Pepperdine MSOD. This committee created The Power of OD website as your invitation and gateway into the transformative world of organization development (OD).

Conference
Purpose: Create the amazing biennial MSOD conference where alumni gather in person to connect, develop and inspire.

Contributions
Purpose: Raise funds and awareness for the needs of the MSOD program and community in service of changing the world.

Engage with the Alumni Community
The connection, development and inspiration that are a hallmark of engaging in the MSOD program are able to continue long past graduation from the program through the alumni community. All alumni are welcome and encouraged to engage in our digital community spaces to nourish existing relationships and build new ones.
