Paul Tolchinsky

Dr. Tolchinsky has extensive experience in managing large system change efforts; new plant design and start-ups; redesigning organizations (both public and private sector); and employee involvement and participative work systems. His particular expertise is in the design of organizations applying socio-technical principles to organizations and integrating quality technologies that assure process controls and the integration of customer requirements. Tolchinsky has 40 years experience as an organization consultant, specializing in managing change initiatives within organizations. His focus is on the structure of organizations and the design of meaningful workplaces. He is a pioneer in Whole-Scale Change Management and the co-author of two books on the subject.
